Chart Trader orders and modifications

Please check out this video. Its a serious problem. This sometimes occurs but yesterday it did not. Today was the first day I seen it since Monday. Anyway on the video you don't see the order moving (flicking) from where I have moved it and below the market (in this case a sell order and its opposite with a buy). I've dragged stops in the past (ie sell stop) below the market and when I clicked to modify it sold at the market because the order flashed above the market when the moment I clicked it. I just start trading from the DOM when I see this phenomena.

Does this occur across all instruments, chart windows, and workspaces?

Could you go into step-by-step detail on how to reproduce this starting with 'Open NinjaTrader'?

I've only noticed it with ES on the 5 minute RTH chart on that particular workspace. That's the time frame I trade off of. I used chart trader with USO (stock) today and had no issue. I will test other instruments on the same chart and workspace and then go trial and error from there. Will let you know but it might not be until later next week. In the meantime step by step is as follows:

1. Open NT (auto connect Kinetick)
2. Connect TWS IB
3. Open chart trader on workspace
4. Adjust order quantity
5. Right click on chart and select order type
6. Order placed (sometimes this is where I get the issue)
7. If order filled at proper price and I have attached PTLO or SLO then:
a. left click on order to modify
b. this is where the order now will flash from original price level to another price. It can go anywhere. In fact today I was testing it out on sim and I was long the market. I wanted to move my stop up but it modified at a price around 950 area or a 1000 points lower???
