This bug is repeatable in 8.0.0.5 beta 64 bit.
Steps
1. Create a stock list "AllStock" containing all stocks. To do this use the Tools | Instruments Lists. I assume you'll know the rest.
2. In the Strategy Analyzer property "Instrument" click the down arrow to open the drop down list.
3. Click the "AllStock" menu item.
NT8 will take a few seconds to prepare the next drop down menu that will show all of the stock in the list ( along with a menu item at the top to allow you to select all of them.
During this processing the Strategy Analyzer window clears it's display.
If you click anywhere in an NT8 window during this processing ( before the final menu is displayed ) NT8 will crash.
