Using cnt key and left mouse down move up does not scroll chart upward when in Y-Axis.. Does (both down/up) work in chart area. Scrolling down in y-axis works, just not up..

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I am able to reproduce this on my end. I will submit this to the Product Management team so that they may work on a fix.

I will update this thread with any relevant information.
