Estimados,

En principio pido disculpas por no escribir en ingles.

Quiero consultar por una duda que tengo sobre el calculo de las comisiones que hace el NT8.

Adjunto 2 imagenes: una con la configuracion y la otra con una operatoria en el ES.
En la ella los 6 primeros trades entre con 15 contratos y se fueron cerrando parcialmente,
el trade 7 entre con 2 y se cerraron los 2 simultaneamente,
al igual que el trade 8 que entre con 10 y se cerraron los 10 simultaneamente y
los 3 ultimos entre con 15 y se cerraron de a 5.

Claramente se ve que a cada cierre, independientemente de la cantidad de contratos que cancela le suma la comision total de los contratos de entrada.
Es correcto que sea asi? Si no, cual es mi error de configuracion?

Hi there, I believe my problem belongs to this thread... however no Spanish on my part.

I went through the steps defining the commission for the CL.
In some cases NT 8 B06 calculates it correctly however on some other not...

1 CL contract turn around for me is 3.68 /1.84 per side/ yet quite often NT calculates 5.52 which is for 3 contracts.
Than if I trade 2 contracts the commissions are 7.36 correctly however occasinally NT 8 calculates 9.2 which for 5 contracts... What is going on? Am I missing something?

En realidad creo que es un bug del NT8 porque con el NT7 esto no sucede.
Lo que descubri es que siempre se suma la comision del TOTAL de los contratos de entradas.
Adjunto la imagen con un detalle.

Actually I think that it is a bug of the NT8 because with the NT7 this does not happen.

I am sure he is right, however it is not doing it all the time. This is a weird bug for sure...

How come there are no Ninja support activities on this issue for over a week now... this is kind of important... clearly there is an issue here and there is no tracking number... nothing...
To clarify it more I am using Rithmic connection.
