    Lost tick data

    Each day at the same time tick data disappear within four hours. This happens after I restart the program. After the start of the new session, all restored. Provider is rhythmic. How to fix it?

    There are a few issues identified in issue # NTEIGHT-8847 which is currently scheduled to be fixed in B7.

    In particular, you may experience issues requesting data when the current date time is greater than UTC 12:00AM. These issues should resolve themselves after 12:00AM US Eastern. Between that period, there may be issues requesting data for some periods until B7 is released.

    There are also issues when using session templates that reset at 12:00AM US Eastern, such as the Default 24/7 or Forex session templates. For those issues, switch the session template should rebuild the cache and allow you to process data normally.
