    NT - Beta 6 - not able to connect Interactive Brokers Connection

    For some reason, I am not able to connect to Interactive Brokers connection. The icon is yellow and the log message stays in "Connecting". I gave up after 30 minute. Does anybody know if there is a fix for this?

    Are you connecting via TWS or IB Gateway?

    Also, what version of this software do you currently have installed? Help > About.

    You can downloaded the supported version, and the setting that must be altered to connect successfully from the below connection guide on our website.

      Thanks Eric. I had a newer vesion of the TWS. After uninstalling and reinstalling it with the support TWS version, I was able to connect to IB.
