commission calc bug

I went through the steps defining the commission for the CL.
In some cases NT 8 B06 calculates it correctly however on some other not...

1 CL contract turn around for me is 3.68 /1.84 per side/ yet quite often NT calculates 5.52 which is for 3 contracts.
Than if I trade 2 contracts the commissions are 7.36 correctly however occasinally NT 8 calculates 9.2 which for 5 contracts... What is going on? Am I missing something?

Can you provide the Commission Template you are using on your end so I may investigate further?

You will be able to find the Commission Template in the (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 8\templates\Commission directory on your computer.
