Task manager was showing 3.13ghz, but performing like a dog. MAX speed was definitely barely over 1000x, and I'd even lay claim it was WORSE than 1000x.
I turned it off in BIOS, and the laptop appears to be smoking fast now.
Well if anyone else has it enabled, try turning it off. (Intel Xeon CPU E3-1505M v5 @ 2.8GHz).
This is on Windows 10. I guess there is no way to run NT8 without it...probably as OS level. I did try setting priority to HIGH, but I don't think it helped. If anyone has any ideas, I'd be happy to hear.
