NT8 on notebook - No charting

    Hello,

I'm experiencing a problem with NinjaTrader 8 on my notebook computer - Asus N53S.
    (i7-2630 QM CPU - 8Gb Ram - NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M graphics).

I can only get a "red cross" on the charts.
I have had the same problem on previous beta versions of NT8.
Yesterday, I decided to completely remove NT8 from the notebook computer and also deleted the NinjaTrader 8 folder under "Documents".
I then installed NT8 Beta 7 without migrating anything from NT7.
I set up a connection to eSignal and have encountered the same problem.

N.B. - I have no issues with NT8 on my desktop computer.

I can't think of anything else to try - Any help would be greatly appreciated !!

    Eric

    Hello Eric M.,

Please go to the Documents\NinjaTrader 8\workspaces folder

Once in the workspaces folder select the _Workspaces file and rename to _Workspaces.old

Then launch NinjaTrader and open a new chart without any templates applied

If the chart loads close the chart and go to*Workspaces, and select your workspace

      Hello Christopher S,

I've done exactly as you have instructed and I get the same result.
I've discovered some odd issues though which I have explained in the attachments.
It appears to be some sort of graphics problem.
Anything else that I can try ?

      Eric

        Hello Eric M.,

At what point do you experience the same?

With the new chart or when opening your workspace
