No chart on simulated data feed

I connect and see simulated "data" on T&S and DOM, but no activity on a chart.
Clean installs.
Logs etc. attached.

To help narrow this down further, could you please let me know if you are experiencing the same behavior during the week? I am no longer able to recreate the issue and I am trying to determine if it is related to whether or not the market is currently in session.

I am not having a problem today (during market hours).

It is possible that because this was tested on Sunday, you had a trading hours template that was not in session applied to your chart. Many markets are closed on Sunday so their associated trading hours templates would not allow you to get data during this time.

If you experience this issue again, please right click on your chart and select "Data Series". Then please scroll down to "Trading hours" under "Time frame". It will likely be set to "<Use Instrument Settings>" you will want to change this to "Default 24/7".

This should allow data from the simulated data feed to populate your chart outside of the normal market hours. If the issue persists after trying the above, please let me know so I can investigate further.
