Unable to Load Tick Data on Continuum

Hello,

I am unable to create a chart using Tick Data (i.e. a chart where each bar is 3000 ticks). Additionally, I am unable to create a chart based on Range Bars.

The chart window opens but the animation of "Loading ... " keeps spinning.

I can load Monthly, Weekly, Daily, and Minute Bar Charts.

This is using a live account on Continuum.

Steps:
1) Start NT8B7
2) select select New Chart, ES 12-15, Tick Chart 9000 ticks, 1 Day to Load

Chart never loads.

Please reset the instruments

To reset your instruments, follow the steps below.

Disconnect from any active datafeed: Navigate to the Control Center > Connections menu, left-click the 'disconnect' button that appears to the right of any active connection.
Reset your instruments: Navigate to the Control Center > Tools > Database window, left-click to expand the 'Update instrument lists' section, ensure 'Predefined instrument lists' is checked, then left-click the Update button that appears just to the right of the two options in this section.
Restart NinjaTrader.

Hi Christopher,

I went through the instructions provided then restarted NT8B7, connected to continuum and attempted to create a tick chart. Application Crashed and the following information was provided in VS :
System.AccessViolationException was unhandled
Message: An unhandled exception of type 'System.AccessViolationException' occurred in PresentationCore.dll
Additional information: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

Hello Christopher,

I am currently trying to run NT8 on Win 10. Not sure if that has contributed to my issues. But, I reinstalled the Nvidia drivers and I was then able to create chart and load data.

Looking at Logs and traces I was getting the following Error:
Failed to restore Indicator 'Unknown' ....

I looked through the NinjaTrader.Custom.xml and found a suspicious looking entry (a custom indicator that I placed within a subfolder to the Indicators folder) and I removed it and recompiled a number of indicators.. Error has now went away.

I say the entry was suspicious because I did not find any other entries related to the many other indicators that I have created and placed in the subfolder. So where are the entries related to the indicators I place in a subfolder ?
