NT 8 reboots Win10 using CQG

    NT 8 reboots Win10 using CQG

    Since I have updated to Beta 7 my system reboots. NT does not hang, just the system reboots. IT runs for many minutes, but always less than 60. This does not happen if I am running NT7. It will keep running until I shut it down.

    Suggestions?

    All is well now

    If it helps any others, I seem to have solved my problem with doing the major update in Win 10 last night. So far, NT8 is still running this morning. One thing I did notice, was after the Win 10 update, I did have to re-enter my NT user ID as well as my connection ID & PW into CQG.

      Do you receive an error when this occurs, or when you relaunch, are there errors in the Log tab of the Control Center?

      Also, when you say that NinjaTrader is 'rebooting,' do you mean it's shutting down and you have to relaunch manually, or the application restarts itself?

        there are no errors. The screen goes black, then the system reboots. When I start NT 8, there are no error pop up windows and no errors in the Log tab of the Control Center. NT starts normally and then ran for a while. Since I did the Win 10 update last night, then rebooted ans started NT 8 , it is still running connect to CQG.
