B8: Control Center/charts sometimes can't be restored after being minimized

When many charts are open and some minimized,trying to restore the Control Center from a minimized state's impossible or takes several tries if it does work. Often the Windows system bell rings (error ding). Nothing appears in logs, and window is not restored.

This's on Windows 10. Not tried to repro on any other OS.

1 Open several charts on a multi-monitor setup
2 Let them run for several minutes on live market data
3 Minimize one or two
4 Let run for several more minutes
5 Click NT8 icon on the taskbar, hover over a thumbnail to restore
6 Click the thumbnail, often only a ding sounds, window not restored.

Running live market data seems to be the key ingredient.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
