    Chartscale Properties page crashes chart

    Using NT8b8.

    If I right click on the price scale of the price panel of a chart to open the properties window, regardless of whether or not I change a scale property, upon closing that page, the chart becomes unresponsive and freezes up.

      Happens if I am logged on to my CQG data feed,

      If not connected, do not have this problem. So I made my changes and saved workspace while disconnected.

        Thank you for writing in, I have some questions for you to further help me with your inquiry.

        I have a feeling you are using the Chart Trader. When you open the properties window, what does the title say? If it reads something to "Chart - ES 03-16 - Chart Trader".

          Nope, not using chart trader.

          Title of properties window is

          Chart - <Instrument full name> - Chart Panel

            Thank you for your post!

            What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you running? You can check this by navigating to the Control Center -> Help -> About... (Example: 8.0.0.8).

            I was unable to reproduce this. Below are the steps I took to attempt to reproduce:

            * Connected to CQG
            * Opened an ES 03-16 1 minute chart
            * Right clicked on the price margin and selected Properties
            * Was able to exit without seeing any freezing.
            * Went back to the price margin properties window and changed many settings and saw no freezing when exiting.

            Let me know if you had any additional steps other than the steps I took above.

              Problem is gone. I think it coincided with earlier problem with server HDS5 which was verified on your end, and fixed.
