8.0.0.8 IB sub account position does not appear in the Positions tab

Hello,

I was testing four strategies running on one IB main and three sub accounts respectively. Today two strategies went short. "Aries30" run on the main account and EJWarrior30" run on one of the sub accounts. The Positions tab showed the main account's position only. Screenshots are attached.

We'd need your log and trace files from the time the strategy was running in order to look into this issue.

There are some limitations with running master-sub account configurations. I will want to analyze this scenario you ran into to ensure that this is working to our expectations based on the testing we've done in this area.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Did you get a chance to send in these files? I have not seen them hit our help desk yet. If you have, do you have an open Ticket # with a tech?

If mail from the control center did not send, you can always manually email your log and traces...

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"
You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"
