Bug: 3rd Party Datafeeds - Hourly Data

When requesting Hourly Chart Data from a 3rd party provider, Ninjatrader Renders does not display the requested data.

Steps to reproduce:

- Clear existing price data
- In NT options set preferred Forex data provider (historic & realtime) to IQFeed - or FXCM.
- Connect to IQFeed (or FXCM - without Ninjatrader Historical servers)
- Load a chart with 240M (H4) |1000 bars

Expected result: 4 hour chart with 1000 bars
Actual Result: 4 hour chart with 6 bars


As a side note default time-intervals for H2 H4 H6 H12 would be great.

I've sent you a bunch of screenshots - I was able to reproduce this on two different computers - remember to clear your cached data
