NS Editor: double-click on error message don't select error in code

I made my own lib in "AddOns" folder.
When I double-click at error message (in bottom of window) editor don't react at all.

When I double-click at error message in my custom indicator code (in sub-folder of "Indicator" folder) editor put cursor at error position - it work's normally.

Can you attach the .cs file for any compile error that produces this behavior?

I also have this problem with NT8B8 64 bit on Windows 10.


The code error is simple:

		EntryHandling				= EntryHandling.AllEntries;a

NinjaScript File Error Code

SomeFileName_5XXXR10_18_7_5_g4z_10ptT12_VIX.cs The type or namespace name 'a' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?) CS0246 Line: 80 Colum: 49


Also double clicking the error - will not OPEN the file if it is closed, or even switch TABS to it if it is open. (I remember reading 2 or 3 weeks ago it is supposed to open the file,etc).

I even plugged in a mouse on this laptop - and same thing. It did not work.

I opened a new NS Editor - and it worked as expected and took me to a new line.

It appears my issue was from using "SAVE AS" on the bad file (it wasn't intentional - I don't know how I got that typo in there!)... So it appears working in that same editor with an error was an issue.. it doesn't know about the other files, etc.

I have to say that I can't reproduce this error.

I made back all errors in that code, I made a lot of new errors, but double-click on error message work correct.

But, I swear - all day I searched errors by lines numbers!

If I'll see this again I'll make video for sure.

I opened a strategy file, saved it as a new file. The filenames and names in the strategy updated fine.

Typing in undeclared variables in the code - doesn't kick off any errors in this new file.

When compiling - and double clicking the error - it will go to a undeclared variable error.

I also have a CS1026 error, ") expected" at Line 229.. Column 47. It will NOT go there on a double click. If I create that error in the previous open files - it will go there.

It's this new file that is dead with double clicking.

Defect 9376 NinjaScript Editor The NinjaScript Editor error list did not jump to errors when clicked

I can no longer reproduce this error.

It does look like the auto compiler is always 1 line short compared to the full compiler which reports line 30.

I see this also in Beta9.
