Disable Vertical Scaling with Up/Down Keys

Please disable Vertical Scaling of a chart when Up/Down keys are pressed.
It drives me mad when if I happen to let's say have chart opened on one monitor and web browser on another one and want to scroll down a page if I have focus on the chart while pressing the key (Up/Down) it changes scale of all panels to fixed.

Then I have to unclick the fixed on every single panel. Sometimes if I switch often between chart and browser it happens to me every 5 min which as you should understand is quite frustrating.

My request is twofold:
1. Add and allow for changing the hotkeys for Vertical Scaling
2. Change the default keys for Vertical Scaling to eg. Shift+Up, Shift+Down

PS. Shift+Up and Shift+Down already work for the same purpose so please remove the sole Up/Down action. I don't see anyone will be missing it, if there is a simple way of doing it already, and if someone really needs it they should be able to change the HotKeys for the action.

I have reviewed the release notes and this feature has not been implanted as of yet.
