NT8(B9) FXCM CFD without stop loss and target

    NT8(B9) FXCM CFD without stop loss and target

    Hello NT, I want to trade the FXCM CFDs like @GER30. In the SIM and playmode the ATM strategy opens correctly the order with entry, stop loss and target together in the chart.

    BUT the FXCM LIVE trading did not accept the same ATM strategy, only the entry price was open, NO SL and NO TP, can you help here, why the ATM works correctly only with SIM and PLAYMODE when I trade FXCM CFDs?

    Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

      I also noticed that in B9 chart trader an order was created without a stop and target order that was in the strategy. This was in Sim with an Interactive Broker connection and using SPY as an instrument. Other times it went well in B9. I did not noticed this behaviour in previous Betas.

        Hello,

        Please go to Tools > Instruments, search for the instrument, select it and click Edit

        Then in the Properties window set Tick size to 1 and press OK > OK

          The Tick size for the SPY instrument is 0,01 (which is right and also the value in NT7). Why should it be changed to 1.
