    Unable to connect to license server after forced update

    Guys, just updated 30 minutes ago due to the forced update.

    Opened and it was unable to connect to the license server error message. Tried the older version of 7 and works fine. Installed/reinstalled/uninstalled... no luck. Needed it running overnight to collect the tick data for ES overnight. So guess I will keep 7 running instead.

    Its not my firewall, checked that as well.

    Dunno if anyone is having the same problem.

    Anyway thought I'd give a heads up.

    Are there any Windows Updates available to you? Please check this, install any updates, restart your PC and test.

    Also, Some users that upgrade to 7.0.1000.31 will be unable to verify the license until the file at the following link is downloaded and installed.

    Save the file to your Desktop, right click on the file, and select Install CRL

    If the issue persists please write in to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com with the following information:

    Can you send me your configuration file so I can look at your account settings, and also send me your log and trace so I can look for any clues in your diagnostic files?
    To send your config:

    * You will find your configuration file in the following directory.
    *
    * (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml


    To send your log and trace:
    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

    Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: ##REQUESTID## ATTN Patrick G

      Did the CRL thing and no joy.

      You want the config xml from the ninjatrader 7? directory or was that just a typo?

        Correct - and your log and trace files. This will allow me to test your connection on my end and look in to your diagnostic files.
