NT 8 64-bit error

    NT 8 64-bit error

    Hello,

    I've installed the latest NT8 (0.0.9). I have an issue. My PC has 64 bit op. system. The 64 bit NT8 won't able to launch, see the pictures, but the 32 bit NT8 runs perfectly.
    After this installation, the 64 bit NT7 won't able to launch as well, but the 64 bit NT7 can launch.
    What can I do in this situation?

    other question: I'd like to see the pictures of the NT8 indicator section. When I click on the lens to enlarge the picture, it gives me this error: it can't be shown because of this site contains some errors. I've tried to see on firefox, iexplorer, chrome. Everywhere got this error message. What should I do to see that?

    What version of Windows does your PC have installed?


    Regarding your question on the indicators, are you referring the thumbnails previews of the indicators on the Support forum or some place within NinjaTrader ? If not, could you please clarify?

      win 7 sp1. But the all NT version was running perfetly till now.
      NT8: 8.0.0.9 (latest)
      NT7: 7.0.0.31 (latest)
      Yes, I'm referring the thumbnails previews of the indicators on the Support forum. I can't able to see when I'd like to enlarge.

          Can you please write in the PlatfromSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] Com with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post?

          You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Log folder.

          Attach any log file that lists today's (2.23.2016) date.

          You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader > Trace folder.

          Attach any trace file that lists today's (2.23.2016) date.
