Linked Charts not updating properly on symbol change

Good Afternoon:

When changing symbols not all linked minute charts update in the same chart panel. The attached screen capture shows that I changed the symbol on the 15 minute chart to IWM today the 24th and it is showing today's data. Switching to the 30min, 5min, 3min or 1m tab shows the end data is for Jan 29th. Sometimes one or more of the charts will be completely blank after symbol change(very intermittent). If i select one of the charts that did not update and do "Reload All Historical Data" all the minute charts that did not update on symbol change become current.

This is pretty consistent for most part on most every symbol change. Not every one but close. After the example above I switched back to SPY (which previously had all minute screens update with the 24th data before switching to IWM) after the switch back the data only updated to the 23rd on the 5min chart but all other charts were current.

Also the time scale in the lower right corner doesn't always update fully.

T&S Panel is causing the Incomplete chart updating

Through the process of eliminating individual items one at a time, the item that is causing the incomplete chart updating behavior is a linked T&S window. So far if the T&S window is un-linked, the each chart updates properly on symbol change. If it is linked, incomplete updating occurs on almost every symbol change. Having the T&S window open is not an issue, only when it is linked. I deleted and created a new T&S window but the issue persists if the T&S window is linked to the charts.

Workspace is attached.

I have downloaded your workspaces and I am unable to reproduce this. Here are the steps I am taking:

• Load 'StockPanel_No_Inidies' workspace
• Connect to a data provider
• Switch instruments on the Yearly tab of the chart window
• Repeat the instrument switching

I also tried it with the other workspace 'StockPanel' and it would not occur there either.

Am I missing any steps to reproduce this behavior? At this point were are in to ETH hours. I will test again during RTH hours to see if volatility may play a role.

Open Workspace StockPanel
Verifiy T&S is un-linked
Connect to Data feed
Verified each chart populated with correct data
Switch to IWM
Verified each chart populated with correct data
Switch to DIA
Verified each chart populated with correct data

All looks correct at this point, you can see it is streaming data from today the 26th for each symbol.

Now LINK the T&S panel to the chart panel. RED linked.

Switch back to IWM
The 1,3, 5 charts are no longer showing data from today.

Switch back to SPY
The weekly and daily charts are blank. The 1,3, 5 charts are no longer showing streaming data from today.

UN-LINK the T&S window.
Switch back to IWM.

All charts displaying correct data again.
