    Charts will not load since update

    Hi. I cannot seem to get my charts to load since the update.
    My T&S works fine, superDOM works fine. Both are running live.


    Any suggestions.?

    I believe I have to DELETE and uninstall as I have beta ver8 indicators, now I have updates.


    Can anyone give me how to do this? I did it before, but I've forgotten. I think I have to save current version as old, then go do it.
    Not sure how to do that.

      Thank you for your post,

      What is happening with the charts? To they show "Loading..." but never complete?

      To test, I suggest starting NinjaTrader 8 in Safe Mode, please take the following steps to have NinjaTrader 8 launch in Safe Mode.

      1. Close NinjaTrader 8
      2. Hold the Ctrl Key + double click the NinjaTrader 8 icon
      3. When launched, the NinjaTrader 8 splash screen that appears when loading should say Safe Mode.


      This will cause NinjaTrader to launch without your saved workspaces and also will Connect on Startup disabled. Try connecting and opening a new chart, let me know the results you see.

      Regarding your second reply, I believe you're inquiring about how to create a "new" custom folder, which then allows you to start from scratch. To do this, navigate to the following PC directory:
      • Documents > NinjaTrader 8


      Rename the "NinjaTrader 8" folder as "NinjaTrader 8 Old." Then go to Start > Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs." Right click on NinjaTrader 8 and select "Repair." This will create a new custom folder for NinjaTrader 8 to use.
