    Playback on NT8.0.9

    Hi,

    When connecting to Market Replay NT stopped working? What's wrong?

    Can we download replay data for ES 03-15, ES 06-15, Es 09-15?

    Have downloaded any Playback data?

    Do you receive any errors on screen? If not, were there any errors reporting in the log tab of the Control Center?

    I don't see that these contracts are available on our servers. We hold our Market replay data in our servers for approximately 3 months.

      What I've downloaded was 20151214.nrd to 20160304.nrd and not more. When I tried to playback for those specific dates the program stopped working and popped out!

      When you said for 3 month it seems like 20151214.nrd should be the oldest that I can find, right?

      For NT7 we're able to download data even for 2014? This limitation is caused by NT8 or is a new politics?

        Hello pdumi, I went ahead and reached out to our IT department just to be certain.

        The Playback/Market Replay connections will provide up to 3 to 6 months back. However, I've seen that it's possible that we have had data for few instruments longer than this period of time save to our servers.

        Since I've been here, it seems that's always been the approximate time that Market Replay/Playback data has been stored on our servers.

        Do you know of the instruments you've downloaded for the folders you have so that I may attempt replicating this on my end?

          It was only for E-mini contracts!

          Please, check on your side for this and also what could cause the non responding program when I try to Replay.

            Pdumi, I see that you wrote into platform support, so I will work on this and update you directly.

            I will also update this thread when we have gathered more information.
