Make editing of text in NT 8 Text Control more like NT 7

In NT7, when I add some text, I have this large Text properties box display with a large child text box to enter and edit text.

Very easy, efficient and convenient.

When I edit text in NT8, the text box is small and tedious to work with.
I have to work very hard to make the necessary changes that I want on my chart vs the work needed for NT7.

Screenshots of both are attached.

Notice the difference in work area between the versions.

Would be great to have the same ease-of-use in text editing for NT 8 as in NT 7.

Thanks for the suggestion.

The entire Drawing Objects menu which you have posted a screenshot of is resizeable which will make the text box wider. However, it does not function similarly in that in NT7 it was always the large text box, but in NT8 the text box resizes dynamically.

I will submit this feature request to the development team.

I personally think the the Text box on NT8 is an improvement on NT7. The ability to just start typing on the Chart is a great feature.

The area were NT8 is sadly lacking is in the ability to change parameters of the drawing tools.

For Example to change color and also adjust which lines are selected in the Fib Tool is quite clumsy compared to NT7 (which wasn't perfect either)

Can you clarify what you would like to see changed about how the current drawing tool editing works?
