Unable to get Hang Seng Index from eSignal in NT8

Hi,

I have an issue getting Hang Seng Index from eSignal in NT8 as described in http://ninjatrader.com/support/forum...ad.php?t=85520. I can get Hang Seng Index successfully in NT7 with according to the settings in http://ninjatrader.com/support/forum...ad.php?t=63482. But using the same settings in NT8 doesn't work.

Just got your reply. I don't understand why I need to contact Esignal to verify the instrument mapping for the ^HSI while I can successfully map ^HSI in NT7 using settings mentioned in http://ninjatrader.com/support/forum...ad.php?t=63482, which is the same as the previously attached settings screenshot in NT8. Isn't it a NinjaTrader version specific issue?

NinjaTrader_ZachS helped mktrader123 by figuring out mapping and charting of HSI index from Esignal. Could you do this again on your side for NT8 to check if it is a NT8 specific bug? Thank you in advance.

I was able to successfully map and chart the HSI index. I'm including this instrument set up as an attachment.

Make sure to check different chart intervals, and let us know if you run into any issues.
