NT8 Beta 11 - Unable to download Market Replay

I am trying to download market replay, however, I am constantly getting the error below even if the Market recording is unchecked.

You cannot download market replay data while market recording for playback is enabled. Please disable market recording via Control Center -> Tools -> Options -> Market Data Category
