    NT8 hangs when loading stock chart

    I'm connecting to Kinetick EOD data to load a 3 month stock chart for symbol AAL. The chart remains blank and the whole application hangs up. Any idea why this happens?

    Hello nathanologist, thank you for your post!

    I was able to connect to Kinetick EOD and was able to pull up a daily chart for AAL without experiencing any issues.

    What interval did you select when attempting to open a chart (minute, day, tick, etc.)?

    What version of NinjaTrader 8 Beta are you running? You can check this by navigating to the Control Center -> Help -> About.... An example would be 8.0.0.11 64-bit.

      I am running NT 8.0.0.11 64-bit (Direct) - BETA
      Interval was 1 Day 50 days historical.
      I just reinstalled NT8 and reconfirmed the problem.

        I would like to view your log and trace files to investigate this further.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support...
