chart duplicates indicators

I have a few charts with multiple dataseries and they all work fine except for one. On this one the indicators duplicate whenever I open the chart. So if I have 5 indicators on this chart and I open the chart 5 times, these 5 indicators will duplicate 5 times. So I have to delete these 5 duplicates. This only happens on one chart.

How can I fix this situation?

Hello imalil,

Can you please send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
