    Dot size control

    Hi
Alt F6 is used to draw a Dot on a chart.
What defines the size of the Dot.
Can we control the size of the Dot from script ?
Can we control the size of the Dot using different templates ?

    Hello,

    Thank you for the question.

The dot tool would be controlled by the bar width on the chart, this is done in the code for the dot.

The chart markers size can not be changed from the user interface or from the properties/NinjaScript.

To be able to draw a dot of your own size, you would need to either use OnRender or create a new drawing tool that matches the specifications you need or accepts a size parameter.

I look forward to being of further assistance.

      Hi
I would like to suggest that you add the following functionality and properties to ChartMarkers.
      A. Minimum BarWidth to Display – If BarWidth is bellow a given value – do not display the chart marker .
      B. ChartMarker size Logic : Fixed value (regardless of BarWidth)
      or Fraction of BarWidth
      C. Value (either the fixed value or the fraction as defined in B)
A, B and C can be accessed from user interface or script and saved in template
