    NT8 Buttons Not Working

    I just installed the newest version of NT8 to update an old version that I rarely opened to use.

    I decided its time to start converting indicators from NT7 to NT8 and after I installed the newest version from ninjatrader.com nothing seems to be working.

    It connects and verifies my license, once It gets to the main page I can cycle through the tabs at the bottom but none of the toolbar buttons work (IE. New, Tools, Workspaces, Connections, Help)

    At the bottom where the tabs are (Orders, Executions etc) the + button doesnt work either.

    Any ideas here?

    Hello Cpuerta,

    Thank you for your reply. You can manually attach email the files to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

    The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"
    You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

    The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"

    That would be easy if the help button worked ... can i grab the trace files from the NT8 folder?
    If so which ones do you need me to send?
