B11: Unhandled exception: UCEERR_RENDERTHREADFAILUE

Hello,

I tried to resize a Strategy Analyzer window and received hundreds of these exceptions.

Each occurrence of the exception created a dialog box, filling up the windows start bar. The only way I could stop it, was to forcibly "End task" using TaskMgr.

Based on the info supplied, "resize a Strategy Analyzer window", I was unable to recreate the issue.

Are you able to recreate?

Can you provide the specific steps of what you were doing at the time?

Can you advise any other observations that would help us to recreate?

Hello Paul,

I had 2 SA windows open. Each with only 1 tab. I was trying to place them side by each.
Both SA Windows already contained the results of a Standard Run. I resized the left window.
First NT locked up, became unresponsive and the mouse turned into a hour glass.
Next 100’s of NT dialog windows began to spawn as if in a loop.
I opened taskmgr and killed NT.

I can’t reproduce at will. Sorry.

We will review the log and trace file for further clues. Again, we really appreciate the effort to help identify this. We will update this thread when we have further information.
