NT 8 B11 crashed 3 times this morning

    NT 8 B11 crashed 3 times this morning

    Hi there, not sure what on earth is going on... So far NT 8 seemed quite stable but today is keep crashing.
    Not quite sure what my action were at the previous crashes however at the last one I was trying the "reload all" action and NT 8 crashed hard...

    After the crash at start now I am getting a message that ES historical data is corrupted.

    Hello Atata,

    Thank you for your reply. I will need your log and trace files in order to further troubleshoot this issue. You can manually attach email the files to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

    You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Log

    You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace
    Please send me the most recent file in each of these folders. I look forward to your reply.

        NT 8 crashed again...

        Hi there, I am sending a Windows dump file along with other stuff via the built in email.
        Subject line: "NT 8 crash changing 1 minute chart instrument from CL to ES"

        Hope this helps.

          Hello Atata,

          Thank you for your reply. I did not receive the files. Please manually attach your most current log and trace files to an email and send them to Platformsupport[at]NinjaTrader[dot]com, so I may investigate this matter further.

          You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

          The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"
          You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

          The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"

          Please reference Ticket 1521863 in the email as well.
