    NT8 crashes often and print this message

    Hello
    Only recently NT8 started to crash occasionaly with no specific reasons but was printing these attached message lines on the log.

    Any help ?

    Beta 11 not stable

    I have installed beta 11 but now they not work! Sometimes they crashes. The Charts are freezes. Now I installed new but it's the same!!!!

    At the time i change back to NT 7, now I waiting for the end version!

      My NT8 B11 also just started to crash

      NT8 has been running well for months including B11 since intro. Today I started NT8 several times and each time got this message and had to close the program

        I would like to look further into these crashes in your diagnostic files.

        Please write in to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com and attach your log and trace files.

        You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Log folder.

        You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder.

        In the body of the email please include a link to this forum thread and "1522055 ATTN Patrick G"

          I just sent you the files requested.

          The files sent are from today only. The trace file doesn't seem to show any particular problem but the error message appears in the log file.

            Also had this issue dozens of times. Often need a few restarts before NT8 beta 11 will run.

                To all who are experiencing these errors:

                This will not be possible to diagnose without more information.

                Please send me your log and trace files so that we may look into what occurred.

                You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

                Please include a summary of what you are experiencing in the body of the message.

                  i sent my files on Sunday My issue was only happening when the market was not open. After open on Sunday the issue cleasred and has not appeared since

                    Resolved

                    I think I found the problem.

                    I was using the 80 Sunrise skin and since I changed back to the light skin I don't see these required key missing messages anymore.
