No need to refresh all indicators

Hi

Suppose a chart contains several indicators.

The following activities can be made by end user:
1. A parameter (property) of a specific indicator is updated.

2. A new indicator is added to the chart

3. One of the indicators in the chart is removed.

All above activities are related to one and only one indicator . However as a result of this activity all indicators in the chart are refreshed and recalculated. Why ?
I see no reason for that.

When update is made to a single indicator all other indicator should not be refreshed.

Thank you for your post.

Each object is added to the chart at the same time and therefore re-calculates if already applied to the chart. The indicators menu would not know which objects were not changed and which objects were changed so it loads each object anew on the chart.

I will forward your note as a suggestion to the development team.

I do not understand the statement "The indicators menu would not know which objects were not changed and which objects were changed".
Each of the activities 1. 2. and 3. I described above - are initiated by the end user via ninja interface and so ninja trader software can and should know what was the user activity.

Having said that - it is clear to me that the current behavior of the software should and can be improved by activating the refresh procedure only to the relevant indicator.
