Ruler rounding off measurement

I did a search and didnt find anything about this so ill post here. When I use the ruler or risk reward tool it will show the true high/low in the data settings but the actual pips it shows on the chart are always rounded off to a whole number. I think this cant be by design because its seams pretty silly to use a ruler that only gives a close estimate of what the measurement was. I know for me I want to know exactly how tall a bar is down to the 12.3 and not just rounded off to 12. The risk reward tool shows the correct prices on the chart but then if you switch it to show pips it once again rounds off to a whole number.
Just something to think about and Im sure im not the only day trader who wants a little more accuracy.

On my end it looks like this is properly working.
See the attached image.
Who are you connected to?
What instrument have you selected?
What pip setting have you selected under Tools> Options> Data> Quote Currencies In?

Maybe im missing it but im looking under Tools>Options>Market Data>.... But there is no 'Quote Currencies In" That I can find. Im using This for Forex through Interactive Brokers. Maybe its just a setting but I dont see it.
