Email to Ninja from NT8 V12

    Email to Ninja from NT8 V12

    Recently sent 2 duplicate emails via Help Email Support in Ninja...
    Both emails were immediately returned as undeliverable....but later received an email from Ninja that the requested files had been received.

    What is the scoop on the returned emails ??....any suggestions...??

    Thank you for your post,

    It may have been the files attached to the request were to large to be sent. In any case, it would be unexpected to then receive a message that they had been delivered successfully unless the undeliverable messages were generated in error.

    In instances when this does happen, I suggest instead logging manually into a web-based email client in order to reach us (PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com).

      Thank you for your reply,

      You had correctly formatted the address in your reply. We did have to remove the reply due to it containing your private email address and the platform support address as well -- the reason we format it with brackets when posting on the forum is so spam does not generate to the address. Without brackets and instead using standard email format is the correct method.

        Again the returned email said (test[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com) for the Ninja send to address....
        is this something you do automatically or how did this address get on there...?? Why would this initially be returned as undeliverable when initially sent to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[Dot]com....??....files too large ??

        edit...question...can a bot read an (not clickable) email address when shown in a screen shot ....??

            Thank you for your reply,

            We did have to edit your second reply, going forward please do not include the @ symbol when typing email addresses on the forum.

            The Test email address is something that is filled in automatically, we had seem reports of this on previous versions of the beta. At this time, we don't have enough information to say what the cause of the undeliverable mail was.

            Are you currently seeing the same behavior? To test, try resending the exact email that you tried yesterday via Help > Email Support, include a link to this forum post in the body of the email.

            Let me know what you see with the test.
