NT Continuum connection not providing data on CL

Hello I&B forum,

I just installed Rev 12 and after resolving a few issues I have one that I can't figure out.

I'm getting an issue in the log: Failed to resolve instrument for market data: F.US.CLE.M16.

Other instruments do just fine, but CL puts a few bars on the chart and dies. I've tried reloading historical data and move the end date to the past and still no data. I'm starting off on CL 08-16, but have also tried earlier contracts with dates that should produce data for them.

Any input on what's happening would be appreciated.

Who is your data provider?

Were you able to successfully chart CL 06-16 prior to the upgrade to 8.0.0.12?

I will need to see your log and trace for today look further into this inquiry.

Could you please send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->EMail Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att AlanP', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

I just tested again after reloading all of my scripts and it's working correctly. Yay!

Not sure what went wrong, but something in my custom scripts seemed to be necessary to make it work.
