    2 two monitors resolution

    I got a bug on NT8.

    I am using a laptop with resolution 1920x1080 and a second monitor with a different resolution (extended) 2560x1440...

    I cannot maximize the ninja trader 8 chart on the second monitor with a different resolution, if a duplicate the screen, it fits well, but is I use extended the NT8 does not permit to fit the full screen...

    I would like to attempt to reproduce this on my end so that we can find the cause of this behavior and find a solution.


    What steps did you take before noticing this behavior?


    Could you also include any screen shots that may clarify your previous steps.
    To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

    Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

      I was able to reproduce this.

      I had completed several replays, changed win10 laptop from 4k to 1920x1080..
      Turned on dell u3415 HDMI 3440x1440 via hdmi. CORRECTION it's mini display port at least 1.2?
      Could not maximize ES chart with 1 tab. It was about 3/4 of the width, and 9/10ths of the height?.

      I tried several times. At one point - I figured I could try to move the chart to be as wide as the screen but not in maximize mode. NT8 stopped responding and I had to restart.

      Upon restart - the chart maximizes to full.

      Will connect to playback and try again.

      *can't immediately reproduce - but it did happen as stated above.

        Thanks for the feedback.
        I will test for these behaviors on my end and then forward your feedback and reproducible steps to the development team to consider implementing a resolution in a future release of the Beta.
