Disable strategy NT8B12

Hi, i test my strategy with data disconnection's and i have the problem that you can see on the attached file.

If the time of the disconnection is less than the DisconnectDelaySeconds, after 300S from the disconnection and never restarted.
If the time of the disconnection is more than the DisconnectDelaySeconds, the strategy is disable after 300S, and when there is a connection it's enable itself.

The strategy parameters for the disconnection is:

ConnectionLossHandling = ConnectionLossHandling.Recalculate;
DisconnectDelaySeconds= 60; ( before was 300) RestartsWithinMinutes= 360;
NumberRestartAttempts= 720;

In tools -> Option -> Strategies i have:

ConnectionLossHandling = ConnectionLossHandling.Recalculate;
DisconnectDelaySeconds= 10; RestartsWithinMinutes= 5;
NumberRestartAttempts= 4;

what am I doing wrong?

I have this problem with two different computer and two different connection. Both the connection it's a demo's connection.

I have tested with the example that you have provided and I am finding everything is working as expected on my end. With the disconnection the strategy disables after 60 seconds then I cause the connection to come back, once the connection comes back I see the strategy reenable. If the connection comes back before 60 seconds the strategy does not disable and continues.

Can you provide more information on what you are seeing, how you are reproducing this, and what data provider you are using?

Hi Cody, thank's for the replay!

My provider is CQG, and i use ninjatrader 8 Beta12. The problem is:
1) i have this settings, but the disable for disconnection is calculate on 300S( the first value i try with strategy. When i change into 60S, the strategy use 300S, but i don't know why).
2) if the disconnection is less than 300s(like 1 or 2 second), after 300s from the first disconnectionthe startegy is disable and never restarted. I try with two different pc and with cqg and continuum data.

For your information, i use windows 10 and Windows 7, in the both operating system i have this problem.

Thank you for specifying that this does occur on Windows 10 and Windows 7. I am currently still testing and trying to reproduce what you are seeing on my end. If there are any other steps you are using that you have not listed below please let me know these steps.
