    Difficulties with log on

    Good day,
    Could you clarify why cant I log in?
    Picture is attached.
    When first time log in - says wrong password,
    When second time log in - picture is attached.
    What cold be the problem?

    Hello tatarmalay,
    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
    Please reference the following in the email body: ATTN RyanM

      Hello Ryan,
      I did send log with traced files same day.
      Is there any result, cause I can't log in and use continuum.

        I did not receive your log and trace files. Can you please manually email me your log and trace to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and reference ATTN RyanM http://ninjatrader.com/support/forum...ad.php?t=87925 in the body of the mail.

        Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

        Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
        Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
        Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

          Ryan,
          Could you clarify where is it all located.
          When I did open NT folder I couldn't find where log and trace is.
          Picture of my folder is attached.

            The screen shot shows you are currently in the Program files. You will need to go to the NinjaTrader 7 folder located in your Documents.

            Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
            Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
            Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
            Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
