Continual repeating "error on requesting bars series"

I'm using 8.0.0.12 64-bit on Windows 10
Trying to download historic data for TF 09-16 for 07/31/2016-08/07/2016, I get "error on requesting bars series" a few times. But if I put I ask for a long date range like 07/31/2000-08/07/2016 I get a seemingly-infinite list of messages. Memory leaks until Windows eventually runs out of memory.
Perhaps I'm getting an error message for each day requested?

p.s. I'm connected to Kinetick. I'm not subscribed for real-time data for ICE.

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately Kinetick servers do offer historical or real time data for instruments on the ICE Exchange therefore when requesting historical data for TF this error will be generated.

I will also forward this to our development team for review and will send you a follow up once additional information is available.
