NT8 fails to start

NT8 fails to start
I had an issue with some charts not loading on startup. After failing to resolve it I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now NT8 simply fails to start up at all. I've reinstalled several times now and removed all NT8 files from my PC. There is no error message.Tags: None

Please follow the steps below and email these files to platformsupport [AT] ninjatrader [DOT] com with my name and a link to this thread referenced so I may investigate further.
- Open your NinjaTrader 8 folder under Documents.
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
