Copy & Paste Function

I can right click on a horizontal line and get the copy function in the menu. If I move the cursor and right click I don't see a paste menu item. If I use ctrl-v it will paste the horizontal line but not where the cursor is, it will paste it under the line I copied.

The Paste option should show directly under Drawing Tools in the right click menu on your chart after copying your drawing object.
Could you please reply with a screen shot of your right click menu after copying your drawing object?
Also, when pasting from the right click menu, the drawing object will not paste where your cursor was, but near the object you copied.
