Sim101 won't reset without crashing

I've been using NT8 for a year now, even a few weeks with real money.
This latest version still hasn't fixed:
1) The column alignment problems still exist on start-up in the SuperDOMs. It jams the columns into a single line that has to be spread out on each restart.
2) The system crashes if I try to reset the Sim101 and reset the database.
3) If I erase a ray or a line on my one and only chart it will crash within one minute after doing so. I'm a fan of channels and it's really annoying to not be able to erase earlier lines.
4) In real money the "unrealized PnL" doesn't show anything but zero

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred. You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
