i am using NT8
how can user working with ninja chart to instruct ninja
in single click
to display the chart such that the current price of the market will be in the center of the Y axis of the chart .
Not by dragging the chart , but by single click

How it can be done from a script ?

You can make this occur on your chart by right-clicking on your chart > Data Series > Checkmark "Center price on scale" > OK.

There is no other "one-click" method. While it may be technically possible through custom programming, this would cause your chart to reload each time you pressed the hot key. I believe the data series parameter above will be your best solution.
