    cannot launch

    I just loaded the most recent version of NT8 and I can no longer run the software. See attachment for the error I get on start up. Please advise. Tx

    Please write in to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com with your log and trace files so I can look further into this.

    Please be sure to include "1565224 ATTN Patrick G" in the subject or body.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email so I may investigate this matter further.

    Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
