    chart timestamp problem

    Hi,

    Since today i am facing the folowing issue, when I open a chart the x axis of the chart gets corrupted. when the chart loads historical data the time is displaying exchange time i guess, from the point on, from where i receive real time data the chart is showing the correct time representing my local time as suppost to. See Picture. Whats the reason for that?

    regards

    Are you using the new Release Candidate 1? If you refer to my posting earlier today it would appear we are experiencing related problems.

    I am also getting strange timestamps on the x axis and only the very latest bar has the correct timestamp

        I have just done a complete clean reinstall after renaming the original NT8 folder in "My Documents". All prior templates, workspaces and connection details were therefore removed. I then reset up the data feed login details and loaded 1 minute charts on several securities. All of these charts still had the same timestamp problem where after a historical data reload the last bar had the correct time but the bar before that had a timestamp 4 hours earlier. It didn't seem to matter what country the market was in.

            The "Trading Hours" is not working correctly

            @NinjaTrader_ChristopherJ
            He's using NT8 RC1, so do not go into your NT7 and delete cache.

            The Trading Hours template needs to be changed to reflect your PC time in your time zone. For some reason, NT8 does not re-calibrate historical data when using the exchange time in "Trading Hours". It's a bug.

            See this post:

              Bad Historical tick server now fixed

              Brett at NT told me in another thread that this problem was a tick server that had time zone set incorrectly and problem should be fixed now. Please disregard my above post.
