    Hello db.mobile,

    I am seeing that the executions shown on your chart occurred while connected to your demo account rather than the Simulated Data Feed in the log and trace files you have submitted.

    Please attempt the steps as mentioned by Matthew in the post previous to this. If you're still seeing this behavior, please send us your database.

    You can do this by clicking on Help -> Email Support. Make sure that "Database file" is checked within the "Other files" drop-down and ensure to include a link to this thread and my name in the body of the email.

      Matthew,

      "Go to Tools-> Options-> Market Data-> Locate the "Global merge policy" and set it to "Do not merge" and press OK."

      you totally nailed it !
      The steps above solved the problem.

      I already send you the image of my connections and was obvious what I am connected to !

      And when I connected to the video you indicated, it was nothing loaded there even I had Adobe player installed.
      I found a confronting tone in your messages.
