    Global Simulation Mode Grayed Out

    Dear Support,

    Global Simulation Mode always greyed out - see attachment.

    I am running NT8 b13 (RC1).

    I have unchecked 'start in global simulation mode' under options

    - regardless of this setting it is always selected but greyed out - this is preventing my Jigsaw tools from receiving orders. I have recycled NT8 several times checking and unchecking with no luck.

    Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry.


    Please send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->EMail Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
